Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy
TASKids takes pride in providing Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) to individuals of varying ages with a spectrum of diagnoses using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
We provide evidence- based techniques and deliver effective solutions to our members and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.
1.) Comprehensive Assessment
Once completed with the comprehensive behavior assessment addressing your concerns and child’s needs, we will submit it to the authorizing funder (such as your insurance plan or Regional Center) at which time we will await the authorization to initiate your direct ABA therapy services.
2.) Direct Intervention
The consistency between the family and clinical team drives the child’s success. ABA is systematically applying interventions to meaningfully improve socially significant behaviors. With your partnership, we create Applied Behavior Analysis programs with goals to address the unique needs of every member.
3.) Parent Consultation
The partnership and vital contributions by both the family and our clinicians in a collaborative model is key to these services. You’ll work directly with your designated clinical team learning how to integrate your child’s individualized treatment plan into your daily routine in and outside of direct sessions for long-term, sustainable outcomes.
4.) Social Skills
We provide an array of social skills and play groups to provide learning opportunities in specific areas of need to ultimately focus on generalizing the skills into a natural environment such as home, community, and school for toddlers to adults.
5.) Teen-Adult Adaptive Skills
Every program is designed, created, and implemented to improve our member’s quality of everyday life. We support their practical, everyday skills needed to function including the skills necessary to effectively gain independence and interact with other people. Examples may include self-help skill building, community safety, and teaching alternative behaviors.
